a. A wiki page can serve as a company bulletin board. Because of the ease in updating the wiki page and the ease of accessing the information, using a wiki page as a bulletin board could well be more effective than a physical bulletin board.
b. Use a wiki page to provide employee contact and other employee information. Allow employees to add information. Such a page could enhance company cohesion in ways not otherwise obtainable.
c. Use a wiki page for employee suggestions. Being able to quickly access such a page might increase the likelihood of suggestions being made.
d. Use a wiki page to support training. A lot can be added to a wiki (web) page, such as access to video and audio podcasts that provide training. Using a wiki page might increase training results in ways not previously obtainable.
e. Experiment with a wiki page to increase employee and family wellness.
f. Use a wiki page as a survey page. Effective feedback from employees should be important information for management decisions. A wiki page may open up more efficient and effective ways of receiving feedback not previously available.
g. Use a wiki page to provide answers to questions employees frequently have and where employees can ask questions. As in some of the other pages identified above, such a page could increase employee morale and commitment to the company.
